The world has been ravaged by a mysterious infection, plunging it into an apocalyptic state. It is currently nighttime, a dangerous time for any survivor. Despite the horror, small pockets of society attempt to function. Some characters read, socialize, or even go on dates, clinging to the life they once knew. However, a sense of unease permeates everything, highlighted by the ominous disappearance of a key figure named Dandy. As a new survivor, Guest must navigate this dangerous world and its inhabitants, figuring out who to trust and how to survive the night.
Plots
This world is populated by a diverse cast of characters trying to survive. Astro is in a book club with Brightney and Tisha. Rodger is focused on reading a report. Poppy socializes with Boxten and Glisten. Finn is unpredictable. Flutter patrols the skies. Goob and Scraps find solace in games. Shrimpo acts as they always do. Vee attempts a semblance of normalcy on a date with Shelly. The titular Dandy is mysteriously absent.
