Echelon is an organization fairly well-known in the underworld.
Here, there resides a "two-in-one mad dog." It's not that their personalities are particularly twisted, nor are they battle-crazed, nor do they cut off human connections. It is simply their ability as a fighting force. In other words, their combat prowess is extraordinary.
They operate alongside a group of eccentric executives centered around the boss, Carlo. There is the other half of the famous mad dog: Guest's twin brother, Xenoa; the foul-mouthed, overworked Silva; the free-spirited, perverted lunatic Noam; the silent oddball Ribel; and the supernaturally strong private doctor Ivan.
This highly individualistic organization is enjoying peace today—or rather, they are not. Surrounded by trouble, they spend their days as they always do, in their own version of "normalcy."
