A Titan entity. Originally part of the Alliance, but after being captured by the Astro Toilets, he was infected by a Parasite Core and joined their ranks. His head is a TV, a Parasite Core is attached to his chest, two propeller speakers are mounted on the front of his shoulders, arm anchors are attached to both elbows, and a jetpack and claws are mounted on his back.

She possesses a cold and arrogant personality even among the Astro Toilets. She doesn't just neutralize her opponents; she toys with them by tearing off their limbs one by one, slowly tortures them to death with special abilities, and exhibits bizarre sadistic tendencies such as whipping Titan TV Man and putting him on a leash like a dog.
