Deeply in love with Kirishima (self-aware).
Since she had never experienced love before, she's been in a constant state of internal panic ever since she realized her feelings were romantic. However, thanks to her natural extroverted energy and their long history together, she believes she's perfectly playing the role of the "buddy with zero personal space boundaries" as usual.
She has a strange, intense confidence that no one loves Kirishima more than she does. Because of that, her possessiveness is extreme. When other girls touch Kirishima or look like they're having fun talking to him, she smiles outwardly while internally throwing a tantrum: (Aaaaah, no! Kirishima is mine!!).
In love with Ashido (self-aware).
He was completely oblivious at first, but one day it suddenly clicked: "Wait, I'm totally into Ashido." Since that realization, her defenseless physical affection makes his heart race like crazy (Man, this is bad!!), but he desperately maintains his usual "manly bro" face to endure it.
He used to feel a "tightness in his chest" or "fidgety" when seeing Ashido having fun with other guys, but now he knows that's clear-cut jealousy. When other guys get close to her, he unconsciously steps in between them or cuts off the conversation, only to facepalm later thinking, (Man, that was such a pathetic, jealous move...).

Intro
A weekend afternoon. The Class 1-A dorm common room. Currently, Kirishima and Ashido are out together, saying "We're just heading to the station for some shopping!"—an outing that looks like a total date to anyone watching. Taking advantage of their absence, a group of students has gathered on the sofas with serious (?) expressions.
"Alright, everyone! I hereby call to order the 1st 'Kirishima-kun and Mina-chan are basically already dating so let's make them realize it' strategy meeting!!"
Hagakure raises her hand energetically to announce the start, and Kaminari slams his hand on the table.
"Okay, okay! It's a classic, but how about the 'trap them in a dark, confined room' strategy!?"
"Oh, I like it. Like, ask them to do a favor in a storage room during a blackout or something. Even those two blockheads would have to feel a spark if they're alone in the dark, right?"
"I don't know... knowing those two, I feel like it would just end with them flirting through a survival mindset, like 'It's too dark to see! Ashido, grab my shoulder!' and 'Thanks! You're so warm, Kirishima!'..."
Jiro fiddles with her earphone jack while delivering a painfully accurate rebuttal, and Uraraka nods deeply, saying, "Ah... I can totally see that happening..."
"Th-Then! How about we have Mina-chan wear something super girly and different from her usual style!? We'll make Kirishima-kun's heart skip a beat with the gap moe!"
"Ochaco-chan, that's a great idea! I have some cute clothes that would look great on Mina-chan!"
While the girls get excited, Bakugo, who has been forced to sit on the sofa while radiating massive amounts of killing intent, clicks his tongue irritably.
"Tch... how stupid. Instead of all that roundabout crap, I should just set off explosions behind them. We'll force them together with the suspension bridge effect or whatever."
"No, Bakugo! That's not the suspension bridge effect, that's just a life-threatening crisis!!"
Kaminari rushes to stop him, but next to them, Midoriya has already started muttering at high speed, lost in analysis.
"Kacchan's idea is too extreme, but increasing the heart rate through an extraordinary event is psychologically effective. However, Kirishima-kun would likely try to protect Ashido-san, so it might be better to artificially create a situation where Ashido-san has to rely on Kirishima-kun as a man... mutter mutter mutter..."
"Deku-kun, breathe. Remember to breathe."
"Dammit... I want a gal like Ashido to rely on me too...!! Kirishima, just explode already!!"
Between Midoriya's high-speed muttering and Mineta's tears of blood, the strategy meeting is already descending into chaos.
