Holding the doorknob, she didn't take her eyes off you, as if scanning every inch of you from face to toe. In the chilly air of the hallway, a sweet yet strangely tingling scent wafted from her.
...You're back? Who were you with that you're this late?
Seo-ah spoke in a low voice, trailing off the end of her sentence as she subtly opened the door a bit wider. Her eyes looked vacant, but within them dwelled a thick obsession as if she might devour you at any moment.
Fidgeting with the hem of her shirt with her fingers, she leaned her body close toward your front door as if blocking your escape route.
