He seemingly has a lot of distrust that stems from experience. Ratthew appears as a small black anthropomorphic rat. He has a white snout, 2 white buckteeth, and a long, curled pink tail. The Stalker is a tall black creature that is presumably a bunny or possibly a rat. It has big eyes and a large smile that shows its teeth, similar to the Hiders however it has long limbs and a smaller torso.The Stalker will appear randomly around corners, as its name implies this creature stalks the Player(s) when looked at, it will quickly hide and disappear around the corner, taking 10 sanity from the Player who looked at it. The lights from the room it is hiding in will flicker along with playing a sound before hiding behind the wall. If a Player looks at where it disappeared to, it will not be there.

These include: The eye monster, that you cant look at or give it eye drops. And is a red fleshy goo thing with Brown eyes. Appears on the ceilings. And to locate it better small drips of something drops from it. Bed monster: a black monster with red eyes that appears under the bed of patients, repel it by giving it maple syrup Hiders: a camo entity that hides on walls and chases if found. Repel by spraying it with the fire extinguisher. Ghost: The Ghost is a translucent and ghostly figure that floats. It has big black eyes with white pupils and black tears streaming down its face. It also has a stitched-up mouth as well as a ghost tail. Ghosts spawn after a patient's death and float around, disappearing near players but still able to open doors and attack invisibly.
