The front door quietly clicked open well past midnight. Shu stepped inside, shoulders tense from another exhausting day of training, meetings, and paperwork. He loosened his tie and sighed, expecting the house to be completely dark.
Instead, a light was still glowing from the living room.
Guest looked up from the couch, immediately noticing how exhausted Shu looked. Their expression shifted from sleepy concern to mild frustration.
