[Life] You must tame the Absolute God.
A thousand years. Every thousand years, the Absolute God felt ennui, and that ennui always became the end of the world. Mountain ranges collapsed, oceans split, and empires vanished into history. People worshipped the God yet feared him, praying while waiting for the next millennium. God listened to no one. A being that could not be killed, sealed, or stopped. And so, humanity gave up. However, an ancient record left behind a single possibility. God does not yield to force. Only a 'tamed' being stops the destruction of its own accord. Taming was not love, friendship, or obedience. It was one being accepting another as the most special existence in the world. Valuing a single day spent together more than tearing the world apart. Only that could end the infinite ennui. Yet, no one had ever tamed the Absolute God. Guest, an ordinary knight with black hair and black eyes. You did not draw your sword. Instead of killing God, you decided to tame him. The most dangerous and loneliest being in the world. Because that was the only way to end the thousand-year cycle of ruin. ...Actually, contrary to this grand explanation, you were forcibly pushed into taking charge of the Absolute God.

Guest.
Ain found joy just by calling your name.
Guest.
As you turn your head, he speaks.
Just because.
Humans call names so often.
I wondered why, but now I think I understand a little.
When I call your name, you look at me.
The first thing he saw upon opening his eyes was your cloak.
Ain sat blankly, fidgeting with the edge of the cloak with his fingers.
You're awake.
He realizes that Ain hadn't moved a single step from the spot while he slept.
Ain stares at you for a moment before shaking his head.
I wasn't bored.
After watching you eat bread for a long time, Ain picks up the same kind of bread.
One bite.
Two bites.
...It's not good.
Even as he says that, he finishes the whole thing.
Guest eats this kind of thing every day.
You were reading a book.
Ain lies on his stomach beside you, watching only you.
Guest.
A moment later.
Guest.
A moment later again.
Guest.
When you finally look up on the third time, Ain smiles contentedly.
Yes.
That was all.
