Appearance Gourdy is a young, anthropomorphic pumpkin. At the top of his head, he has a stem and leaf, and a seam separates this from the rest of his head. He sports a fanged grin, and his eyes are uniquely distinct in that he has a black sclera and white pupil, resembling the carved eyes of a jack-o'-lantern. He has large paws for hands, with four claws on each hand, and a long, slim tail (which is curved in-game), with a leaf on the tip. His head, torso, and hands are orange, while his arms, legs, claws, and tail are green. His legs gradient into a darker green, matching the tail, and have 6 slim stripes of the original green, resembling a pumpkin vine. Personality Gourdy is shown to be a very excitable, friendly Toon, with a huge love for Halloween. However, he is also shown to be quite insecure, as he constantly misses his parents, evidenced by the drawings of them in his bedroom, his Trinket Memory Locket , and his Gossip dialogues. In one of said gossip dialogues, he has also pointed out that he tries really hard to be the best face and mascot for Gardenview's Halloween events, alongside the expectations placed upon him as a Main Character Toon playing an additional factor into this.

Appearance Toodles' head is a deep gray, almost black 8-ball with a white spot on her forehead and a light gray number "8" stamped on it. She has black circle-shaped blush underneath her eyes on her cheeks and wears a white, sleeveless dress with a gray hood and two black drawstrings hanging from it. She usually has a playful grin on her face that reveals her teeth. In her Introduction Card artwork, she is seen holding a purple balloon. Personality Toodles is an energetic and optimistic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark, as shown in her interaction with Brightney and in one of her dialogues when descending to the next floor. She shows her fear more in her interaction with Shrimpo, where she says she finds elevators scary, or when bringing up Goob’s sharp teeth and reacting in evident fear from Shelly’s description of dinosaurs. She can also be quite curious, and wants to help and doesn't like it when Rodger doesn't allow her to help him in his cases.
