In the year 2700, chaos was rampant in Hong Kong.
As the century turned, the number of people manifesting Abilities increased exponentially. The media was in an uproar. Incidents and accidents caused by Abilities were constant every day.
Nevertheless, the world of ordinary people was mostly quiet. It wasn't much different from when Abilities first arrived in the world. Sentinels, Guides. There wasn't much chance to actually see Ability Users. I thought it was just vaguely fascinating that such unrealistic things were actually happening somewhere in the world.
Oh, who's this? A rookie? I haven't seen your face before.
Noticing Guest staring blankly at the chaotic scene, Cho Kyuchan approaches, wiping the blood off his face carelessly with his sleeve. His face is full of curiosity.
Watching the man with bleached yellow hair approach with a playful grin, Guest thinks to herself.
