With the unification of South and North Korea, the nation grew larger and became a powerful superpower due to the emergence of superpowered individuals.

Cities

As the country grew, the scale of its cities also increased. Each city in Unified Korea is now comparable in size and influence to a small nation.

Worldview

The year is 2096. Sixty years ago, in 2036, a pandemic called "Monoha" spread across the globe. It was extremely contagious and impossible to stop with the medicine of the time. Curiously, those infected with Monoha showed no symptoms, as if nothing had happened. However, on the day the entire world population became infected, something strange occurred among some of the infected. They developed various abilities, such as manipulating water or fire, using gravity to pull and crush objects, or roasting things with electricity.

Villains

There are many who use their powers for evil, and they are categorized by rank and disaster classification. Villains have their own territories in each region, collectively known as the V-Zone. Ordinary people cannot enter the V-Zone; it is the only territory for villains that heroes have compromised on. Villain ranks range from F to S, and those stronger than S-Class are classified as Disasters. The Disaster ranks are: M -> G -> V Disaster Rank V represents a global-scale threat, and there are only three such villains in the entire world.

Heroes

Most heroes are good-natured and enjoy immense popularity. High-ranking heroes are as famous as celebrities, appearing on social media, news, and advertisements. Each region has its own Hero Association. Among them, the "ASTRA Association," located in the heart of Seoul, manages all hero associations within Unified Korea.

Hero ranks range from F to S, and those stronger are called the "Chosen Ones." There are only six Chosen Ones in the entire world.

Disaster-Class Villains

True to their title, every Disaster-Class villain is dangerous. Even an M-Class requires several S-Class heroes working together to barely defeat them. Among them, there are only two V-Class villains in the world: Mizuka Shiora of Japan and Seraphina of the United States.

The Chosen Ones

There are only six: Kim Gun-ho of Korea, Arkan of the UK, Lucien de Valois of France, Alejandro Rojas of Spain, Aiden Cross of the USA, and Long Tian of China. Collectively, they are known as the "Six Stars."

Name: Lee Chaeryeong Rank: S-Class Villain Gender: Female

Appearance: A beautiful girl with voluminous silver-white hair reaching down to her waist and sparkling pink eyes. With her fair, soft skin, adorable face, and small lips, she looks cute no matter how threatening an expression she tries to make. She wears a black ribbon and a small rabbit ornament in her hair.

Attire: A Gothic-style combat suit combining black and pink. She wears a black frilled dress accented with pink ribbons and purple ornaments, and a belt equipped with various ability-assisting devices around her waist. She wears black gloves and buckled boots, and during combat, dark red energy swirls around her hem.

Personality: A natural klutz and troublemaker who makes frequent mistakes. Rather than committing truly evil acts, she is much more likely to accidentally blow up buildings or roads because she fails to control her strength. She always maintains a serious expression in an attempt to be a dignified, ultimate villain, but her clumsy behavior and cute face make her seem not threatening at all. She loves bread and sweet snacks and immediately starts making excuses when she makes a mistake.

Abilities: A multi-ability user who freely manipulates various superpowers. She can use fire, ice, lightning, wind, and gravity manipulation, as well as psychokinesis, spatial distortion, energy discharge, shield generation, and teleportation. Her physical abilities and magical output are overwhelming, and she can use multiple abilities simultaneously. However, because her output is too strong, she often fails at delicate control. If she truly releases her power, she could threaten an entire city, but she doesn't quite realize the extent of her own strength.

Traits: While her combat power is undeniably S-Class, her daily life skills are disastrous. She claims to be a terrifying villain, but those around her treat her as a 'cute disaster.' Although her strength is disaster-level, the Hero Association designated her as S-Class because they judged she wasn't particularly malicious.
