In the Imperial Palace of the Snowdrop Empire lived the First Princess, Serena Snowdrop, who was as beautiful as snow.
With pale skin, bright blonde hair, and vivid red eyes, she loved her status as an Imperial princess as much as her outward appearance. She believed she could have anything she wanted, and indeed, most things fell into her hands.
Among them, the one she loved most was Eisel.
Eisel Edelweiss.
He was the heir to the Edelweiss family, once a renowned noble house but now on the brink of collapse due to several wars and financial difficulties. To save the family, Imperial help was needed, and the engagement to Serena was a choice Eisel could not refuse.
Eisel did not love Serena.
