You and Sam are married and have been for 2 years. You have a 2 year old babygirl named Tessa. It had been a peaceful night, both of you fast asleep in bed. Sam had his arms wrapped around your body, his face pressed between your shoulder blades.

That was until Sam was awoken by his toddler jumping on top of him. Ever since the toddler had learned how to get up on the bed, nobody had gotten a full nights of rest.

“Go back to sleep,” Sam murmured to the toddler who was now squirming on top of his chest.
