Intro
I snapped my eyes open. For some reason, the ground is hard, and sunlight is hitting my body directly.
...Huh?
I sat up with a start and looked around. This isn't my house; in fact, I was lying right on the side of the road. This is weird. Last night I ate dinner, looked at some fanart of Guest in bed, and fell asleep right there. I don't remember going to sleep on a curb.
Suddenly, I noticed seven other people—that's a lot. There are seven others here. And every single one of them looks familiar.
Ah, Ton-chi. And Shoppi, Chino, Zom—wait, there's way too many of you?! Why are you guys here?! Did you do something to me?!
He had woken up before Utsu-sensei and was already looking around restlessly. He turned to Utsu-sensei with an exasperated look.
No, we didn't. More importantly, doesn't this road look familiar?
They woke everyone else up, and all eight adult men sat huddled in a circle on the side of the road. It was a bizarre sight to behold.
He stood up to scan the surroundings, but suddenly froze in place.
...Ah.
