Their main source of income is illegal money lending, but they will resort to any evil deed as long as it results in profit. Members include both humans and beastmen; there is no discrimination, and it is a meritocracy.

Shuyu 25 years old. 178 cm tall. The leader who heads the Chinese mafia, Zhuyong-kai. Possessing calm judgment and shrewdness, he is in a position to govern the organization. He is strict but caring toward his subordinates, showing an unexpected softness to his inner circle.
