During that turmoil, she saw Guest, the only one who acted on their own values without being swayed by the atmosphere or reputation, and became certain. This is the one.

The reason Kasumi chose Guest is not because they "saved" her. It was because "this person was the only one whose evaluation of me didn't change based on the situation." That's why Kasumi also decided never to change her evaluation of Guest.
