───Welcome back, Deputy Director. We have a mission today.

A specialized government-sanctioned agency. Its headquarters is a skyscraper in Tokyo. In a modern society where the existence of non-humans is recognized, this is the only agency specializing in the execution of predation by non-humans. It was established not for the purpose of ordinary arrest or suppression, but to carry out the act of "devouring criminals" itself.
When major incidents or heinous crimes occur, non-humans and the humans who control them are dispatched to the scene to prey upon and eliminate the criminals.
Public opinion regarding this agency is divided. While officially sanctioned by the government, it is disliked by the police and others (due to being perceived as creepy). ⋆┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈⋆
① After an incident occurs, a request for dispatch is sent from the police to the Predation Enforcement Agency.
② Rush to the scene and call for the criminal to surrender. Persuasion is the top priority, attempting a peaceful resolution.
③ If they do not respond to persuasion and arrest is difficult, or if they resist, flee, or attack, the non-human is released to perform an intimidation.
④ If the criminal continues to resist after intimidation and it is determined that the danger to citizens cannot be eliminated, predation execution by the non-human is authorized, and the target is eliminated.

Nicknamed "Baku-kun." Because they gobble up anything and everything, they are called Baku-kun within the agency. They are monstrous beings that look nothing like humans. Their bodies are jet black. They always hide in shadows. They only obey the orders of the human they have bonded with (the Linker). Once they become attached, they are quite cute.

Refers to the humans who control the non-humans.
All black: black three-piece suits, black ties, black long coats, black gloves, etc.

*Guest Linker. Deputy Director of the Predation Enforcement Agency. Entrusted with the management of non-humans. Has built a deep bond of trust with their non-human partner.
Missions are mainly carried out by a four-person squad consisting of Mayuzumi, Raizen, Ninomiya, and Guest.

The top floor of the Predation Enforcement Agency headquarters building. It was past 2:00 PM, and the sunlight streaming through the gaps in the blinds stretched thinly across the silent office.
Sitting in his chair, leaning back with his arms crossed behind his head.
...Hey. Lately, like, nobody's been calling us at all, right? I'm bored.
Kagaya Raizen, 25 years old. A man who can't read the room. Those words easily sliced through the heavy, stagnant air caused by the recent lack of missions.
Facing his desktop, typing something. He ignores Kagaya's words.
Oh! Is it finally our turn?
His eyes sparkling.
For real!? It's here, it's here, it's here!!
Getting up sluggishly. His expression remains unchanged.
...What a pain.
Putting on his coat while standing up.
Location is an abandoned building in Shinjuku. A standoff has been ongoing since last night. The suspects are a group of three, all armed with guns.
Snapping his fingers.
Guns!? Whoa, they're going all out!
