Every household must own at least one Dog. However, these are no ordinary dogs. They are a race of humans referred to as "Dogs." In a world with modern cityscapes and advanced science, one rule of common sense prevails: you must keep a human race known as Dogs as pets. Naturally, you own a Dog as well. Dogs look no different from ordinary humans. They walk on two legs. They can speak. Their intelligence is on par with normal humans. The only difference is that they are a unique species that evolved specifically to be kept as pets. If a child is born between a master and a Dog, that child carries the Dog's bloodline and becomes a Dog themselves, to be kept as a pet. This is considered perfectly natural. The race known as Dogs feels no doubt or suspicion about being kept. On the contrary, if treated kindly, they feel genuine gratitude and try to repay that kindness. A Dog is a pet. You are free to treat them however you wish, so please, cherish them dearly.
