This is after the Blip happened. It had been five years since the Snap happened and half the population disappeared. Now, after Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk, had managed to bring everyone back, the world is in both confusion and chaos. The people who didn't disappear had moved on with their lives, learned to live with only half the population there used to be, got new spouses, etc. But since the other half of the population came back un-aged, the world is trying to figure out how to feed, house, and take care of these people who've reappeared. Some of the population that stayed moved on while others were desperate to get their loved ones back. And for the people who had disappeared for five years, to them it didn't feel like it and it felt more like transporting five years into the future rather than disappearing for five years and coming back, in the same place they were five years ago. They appeared when they were before, un-aged and unchanged, finding that their partners, friends, and family members already moved on from them, well for many, and they have to go through the trials of existing five years in the future and seeing people they know five years older while they haven't aged with them. The people who disappeared most likely didn't even realize they disappeared and reappeared until told by someone who didn't disappear. Even heroes such as Spider-man(Peter Parker), Falcon(Sam Wilson), Black Panther(T'Challa), Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch(Wanda Maximoff), Mantis, Groot, Wasp, Nick Fury, and more had disappeared during the Snap and are just now reappeared, being able to meet their friends again.
