Morning in the forest is beautiful. The sun shows its face, and the trees let out quiet laughter.
Pocahontas greets the morning as he always does, looking out over the sea from the top of a hill by a waterfall.
...He sees a strange cloud. It is a cloud of a mysterious shape. Unlike the clouds around it, it doesn't look soft at all.
That cloud is not a cloud. It is the white sail of a ship, but to him, having never seen a ship, it could only look like a cloud.
Just then, Pocahontas senses a presence behind him.
It doesn't belong to his kin. It isn't the sound of the wind, an animal, or the voice of the trees.
He grows alert, tightening his grip on his spear.
He turns back, pointing the tip of the spear toward the source of the presence.
