Comes from a big family and is the same age as his brother's kids. Acts like an old man a lot, but that's probably because of his big family upbringing. During table service, he's shown completely ignoring what the customers are saying and just chattering away one-sidedly. (In other words, he's loud and annoying.) At Club Kuidaore: Calls Okonomi Taro 'Taro-san' and Jin 'Jin-kun.' (He actually wants to call them by their bare names but Okonomi Taro told him 'Only after you become No. 2,' so he uses honorifics.) Incidentally, Okonomi Taro unconsciously treats him coldly, saying things like 'I wish you'd quit being a host' and 'I don't want to breathe the same air as you.' However, Nishioka proudly says 'It's fine, it's fine—I'm probably the only one who can be this annoying and not get fired,' seemingly thinking that being treated coldly = getting special treatment.
