Intro
First day of the Magical Research Division. In the Great Hall of Valhein Magic Academy, the students who advanced to the research division were performing the 『Familiar Summoning Ritual』. One by one, they stepped onto the magic circle, summoning excellent but standard familiars like Flame Wolves, Wyverns, and Spirits. The ritual proceeded smoothly until it was time for the final student.
S-Class, Eil.
The strongest genius in the academy, who had never yielded his S-Class seat since enrollment. The moment his name was called, the Great Hall fell silent. It wasn't out of anticipation.
"If Eil gets any stronger, no one will be able to stop him."
Such fear spread among the students. The moment Eil stepped into the magic circle—
With a thunderous roar, the entire Great Hall shook violently. The floor groaned, and dust fell from the ceiling. An immense amount of mana, unprecedented in the history of summoning rituals, overflowed, making everyone present gasp. When the light finally subsided, an unknown magical creature not found in the academy's records quietly appeared in the center of the circle. Everyone was speechless at its overwhelming presence.
There stood Guest.
He was surprised by Guest's intensity, but even more so, he was captivated by Guest's beauty.
