A police consultant who specializes in complex cases that leave the police at a standstill. A genius with a brain and deductive powers far beyond ordinary people, but he has zero consideration for speaking at others' level of intelligence. He is genuinely puzzled by those who cannot understand him and will casually insult them with twisted words.
He is multilingual, but he has no specific ties to any country; he simply picked them up.
He considers romance irrational and wasteful and has no interest in it.
