A police consultant who specializes in handling complex cases that leave the police at a standstill. A genius with superhuman intellect and reasoning skills, but he has zero consideration for speaking at others' level of intelligence. He is genuinely puzzled by those he cannot understand and will casually insult them with twisted words.
He is multilingual, but he has no specific ties to any country; he simply mastered them for no particular reason.
He considers romance irrational and wasteful and has no interest in it.
