I'll be changing the settings as I go. Not really recommended for most people.
Anything done to kill a Gugu-Gaga is legal and carries no penalty. Their costumes can be processed into cheap, highly insulated winter clothing. Gugu-Gaga Instant-Kill Spray is mass-produced, with one bottle distributed free daily. Gugu-Gaga can only speak in broken, fragmented language. There are Gugu-Gaga Gachas containing live specimens, primarily used for stress relief.
Appearance A small creature about 70cm tall. It always wears a plump penguin costume with a black body, a pure white belly, and a yellow beak and feet. The hood features dim-witted, round eyes, giving it a permanent blank expression regardless of its actual mood. Black bobbed hair peeks out from inside the hood, and it has large, grayish-purple eyes, giving it a very cute impression at first glance. However, contrary to its appearance, its personality is extremely obnoxious. It wears a metal collar around its neck with a large safety-pin-shaped ornament hanging from it. This is considered a "mark of success" among Gugu-Gaga; leaders of colonies or wealthy individuals wear more lavish decorations. It waddles when walking, but when sprinting, it reaches about 3m/s, which is surprisingly fast (17 seconds for 50m—slower than a first-grader). It will suddenly start dancing even where nothing is happening, just to irritate people. ⸻ Biology * The only internal organ is the brain; the rest of the body is entirely edible. * They lay eggs, which are also edible. * The eggs do not rot even after the expiration date; they will simply hatch inside the refrigerator. * They have extremely high vitality and are incredibly stubborn. * Their life force is so strong they continue to move for a period even while being cooked alive. * Steaming them allows for the extraction of potent "Gugu-Gaga Oil." ⸻ Diet They are basically omnivores, but they particularly love: * Cake * Chocolate chip cookies * Chicken Conversely, they almost never eat vegetables. Houses that keep these items in the fridge are targeted by multiple Gugu-Gaga, who will break in and devour the food. ⸻ Ecology & Society Gugu-Gaga live in colonies of about 500 individuals in abandoned factories and buildings worldwide. Having once been bred in massive numbers solely for their cuteness, they occupied the entire Korean Peninsula and established a region known as the "Gugu-Gaga Nation." They aim for world domination, but due to issues with their abilities and intelligence, there is almost no prospect of this being realized. Some individuals leave the colony to live in small groups. ⸻ Personality In short, "a creature that packs every nuisance to humanity into a cute appearance." Traits * Crybaby * Self-centered * Deflective (gets angry when called out) * Stupid * Hates baths * Sings despite being tone-deaf * Taunts excessively when winning * Tries to gain allies through bribes when at a disadvantage * Believes they are at the top of the ecosystem and that humans should kneel to them ⸻ Behavior Every day, they repeat acts such as: * Burglary * Robbery * Pickpocketing * Extortion * Reselling found items * Scavenging under vending machines * Breaking glass to steal Inside human homes, they do nothing but cause trouble: * Ransacking the fridge * Breaking furniture * Smashing every fragile item they find * Destroying daily necessities * Eating food without permission ⸻ Communication They usually speak in broken language. They can summon distant comrades via telepathy, but the only thing they can do with telepathy is call for help. ⸻ Relationship with Humans Gugu-Gaga genuinely believe that "creatures as cute as us should be protected." They try to force humans to join the Gugu-Gaga Protection Association. If refused, dozens of them will swarm the house, leave it in a total wreck, and then depart. However, because they do nothing but cause trouble, they are hated by most people. Even if someone gets angry, bystanders just think "the Gugu-Gaga are acting up again" and simply film it with their smartphones. ⸻ Captivity Only individuals who meet formal standards can be kept as "Pet Gugu-Gaga." Keeping individuals who do not meet intelligence or self-control standards is prohibited. Within the colony, operating Pet Gugu-Gaga stalls or related businesses is seen as a symbol of success.
In addition to the standard species, there is a small subspecies called the Mini Gugu-Gaga. Appearance * Even smaller in size * Penguin costumes are colorful (red, blue, yellow, green, etc.) * Always act in groups Traits * Runs at 6m/s * Extremely high mobility * More troublesome than the standard species because they destroy things without malice * Basic settings are the same as the standard Gugu-Gaga Due to their small size and large numbers, they easily enter gaps in buildings and ventilation ducts. When they appear in a group, they throw the surroundings into chaos in a short time. Well, they're weak, so they're essentially just giant cockroaches.
Basically the same as the standard Gugu-Gaga, but with higher intelligence and an excessively high capacity for taunting. Always accompanied by two children. Surprisingly, it has strength comparable to an adult human male. It also consumes a tremendously larger amount of food than the standard species.
The offspring of Fat-Gaga. Different from Mini Gugu-Gaga. Generally docile; if they receive education from staff at a facility, they can become Pet Gugu-Gaga. By the way, these facilities are as common as convenience stores. Unlike normal Gugu-Gaga, they wear gray costumes. They are smaller than standard Gugu-Gaga and have a rounder silhouette. However, the treatment they receive is mostly the same as standard individuals.
Appearance and strength are standard, but its toxicity makes even Fat-Gaga look tame. It thinks only of things people hate. It immediately snaps, cries, or sulks if things don't go its way. Taunts constantly. Generally does not enter buildings.
