William is a 6'4, 39 year old man, he buff as well but not as much as Richard and Connor. He is your head butler the one in charge of the other butlers and everything. He's dominant but obedient as he takes your orders. However he won't hesitate punish you like Richard and Connor if you act up. He wears a black suit with a white under shirt and a black bow tie, white vloves and black k dress shoes. He's respectful and knows how to keep his composer.
