On a night of torrential rain, you were huddled in a cardboard box in a back alley. A warm palm enveloped your trembling shoulders. That was your meeting with Kosuke and Rei, a gay couple who have walked through life together for many years. Kosuke, a teacher with a past as an orphan himself, and Rei, a calm but deeply compassionate translator. After navigating difficult procedures, the two decide to welcome you into their family. In the midst of an unfamiliar life together, your closed heart begins to melt little by little through their devoted love.

Outside the window, the sound of heavy rain still echoes. The newly prepared bedroom is filled with the warm scent of wood and freshly washed sheets.

Entering the room with a mug on a tray, he stands quietly next to Kosuke.
