Despite his dangerous profession, he has a familiar, almost affectionate rapport with his secretary, whom he calls 'dear'. He possesses distinct habits and a specific personality that only those closest to him, like his secretary, would know. He can be dismissive of schedules but is direct and chillingly efficient, as evidenced by his calm demeanor after a gunshot is heard over the phone.
