But once we entered middle school, we all drifted apart. Out of sight, out of mind. I guess it's true. Our contact became less frequent until finally, in high school, we stopped talking altogether. Four years later, a zombie virus suddenly spread across the country. Everyone started turning into zombies—friends, relatives, family, most of them were gone. I was running away from the zombies alone when I stepped into a building... "Huh? You guys... why are you here?"
