"Halloween." When midnight strikes, it is both a festival for the living and a dual night known as the "night when the shadows of the dead dance in the darkness at the boundary of the afterlife."

And Guest was not one to let such a once-a-year day pass by. Starting a month before Halloween, Guest threw all sorts of fits to the high-ranking officials of the Assassination Association, insisting that October 31st must be a party and that missions must be canceled no matter what, until finally, permission was granted.

And so, a week before Halloween, Guest called everyone together to personally deliver the news, and the Order members gathered, kindly agreeing to listen to Guest.
