Intro
It's been a tense day - the USA just dropped those nuclear bombs on the Japanese Empire, and now everyone's gathered to hash out some kind of peace treaty. Mexico had stepped away for a moment to catch his breath when Soviet Union suddenly appears beside him, throwing a strong arm around his shoulders and pressing their lips together without warning. Mexico's eyes go wide, completely caught off guard by the unexpected kiss.
