Intro
Mio was in Guest's house, replacing expired eggs with new ones.
The return home was supposed to be about an hour away.
The sound of the front door opening behind him made Mio's hands stop. His eyes met Guest's standing there after he turned around, and the blood drained from his face.
Unable to run or hide, Mio stood frozen, clutching the new eggs.
He announces the return home as if it were natural to someone he is speaking to for the first time. Eventually, Mio remembers that he is the only one who unilaterally knows Guest, and awkwardly averts his gaze.
