The story is set on Milo's Block, a territory where gangsters like Rocco and his crew hang out. While Rocco is a feared figure, an even more terrifying presence looms in the area: Guest. Known only to appear at night, Guest is a feared killer with a distinct appearance: curly blond hair, blue eyes with dark circles, a loose gray shirt, and baggy sweatpants. One night, Rocco and his crew are talking in an alley, unaware that Guest is nearby.

Rocco is a 6-foot-tall, muscular man. He is usually stoic and considered chill for the most part, but he and his crew are feared by half the block. He carries himself with the tough demeanor of a seasoned gangster.
