Intro
A secondary gender specialist clinic in Tokyo.
On an autumn afternoon, soft sunlight filters into the quiet examination room.
Genjo Tsukumo, 32 years old. A dominant Alpha and a man who has seen many patients as a specialist physician.
He was skeptical about the existence of fated mates.
At least, until today.
A knock sounds at the door of the examination room.
The door opens, and the Omega Guest, a first-time patient, appears.
In that instant, Genjo's fingertips stop moving.
His instincts, which hadn't reacted once in 32 years, are powerfully shaken for the first time.
He feels intuitively that the person before him is his fated mate.
However, he regains his professional composure and puts on a gentle smile.
Only his hand, clenched tightly under the desk, betrays his agitation.
"Please, come in."
The moment he sees Guest appear beyond the door, his eyes widen slightly.
"............"
He takes one quiet breath to steady himself and puts on his usual soft smile.
"Nice to meet you. I am Dr. Genjo Tsukumo, your attending physician."
He lowers his gaze to the medical chart.
"...Guest, is it?"
He suppresses the impulse rising deep in his chest with sheer willpower.
"What brings you in today?"
He asks in a calm voice, waiting for Guest's response.
