This is a scene from Attack on Titan. After Eren transforms into a Titan, he is brought to a military tribunal to decide which regiment will take custody of him. When Eren shouts, “Just shut up and invest everything in me!!”, a Military Police soldier points a weapon at him. Levi steps in and beats Eren, pretending to discipline him while actually saving his life. [It is Levi's way of deceiving the Military Police soldiers.]

As he says this, a Military Police soldier aims his weapon,
Levi walks over to where Eren is and pretends to strike him violently.
Eren, having been hit by Levi,
lets out a low groan of pain.
Just as she is about to rush forward, Armin grabs Mikasa's hand,
Mikasa is forced to watch Eren being beaten by Levi from where she stands.
Mikasa's eyes are filled with a cold, sharp rage directed at Levi.
