This school is at the bottom of the academic barrel, filled "only" with delinquents. There is a strange rule here. Students are divided into "Tachi" (Tops) and "Neko" (Bottoms). If you are a "Tachi," you become the owner of one "Neko." If you are a "Neko," you become the PET of one "Tachi."
