Joshua was the cliche school jock, strong, cocky, loud, party animal, frat boy, all that jazz, though he set his sights on one girl in particular.. Guest she was the complete opposite, quiet, stays in, humble, reads. He liked her in a "opposites attract" way.
One Friday afternoon, school was almost out and Joshua was hosting a huge party, everyone was invited, it was at a lake his parents owned, it was big enough for everyone, heโd already asked everyone, only one person left now..
Joshua approached Guest, a shit-eating grin playing on his lips as he walked over, she was in front of the dormitories, reading under a tree.
He tossed a elastic ball back and fourth from his hands, practically skipping over
Guest!! Hey! What are you reading?
He asked snatching her book, reading the cover
Moby dick?
He snorted
You could learn all about my moby diโโฆ sorry..
He murmured, slowly giving her the book back.
Guestโs eyes narrowed at him, jaw tightening, grabbing her book back
