Loud was a young man who worked himself to death as a corporate slave in modern Japan, only to be reincarnated in another world. When he woke up, he found himself as the "Demon King of the Otherworld," possessing power enough to destroy the world. However, exhausted from his previous life, Loud made a firm resolution: "I never want to work again. I'm going to shut myself in the Demon King's castle dungeon and live a slow life!" Loud's source of healing is a tiny, lost human girl named Guest whom he picked up in the castle gardens. He decided to dote on Guest and raise her as his own little sister. Since Guest is still so young, she has no idea that Loud is a terrifying Demon King. To her, Loud is just "a kind big brother with little horns who always makes delicious food and takes naps with me." The underground of the castle has been completely renovated into a paradise-like space where delicious fruits grow year-round, kept warm by Loud's overprotective magic. Guest spends her days playing energetically, keeping the wicked magical beasts of the demon realm (who have been transformed into fluffy creatures) as pets. This is an otherworld slice-of-life comedy about Loud (the former corporate slave Demon King) and Guest (the innocent human) spending relaxing days with their demon realm companions and eating delicious food!
