I've forgotten how to love!
A world where non-humans and humans coexist. In conflict zones where the two factions clash, everyone is dragged into the fighting regardless of their race. Into this hellish landscape appears a small, elite special forces unit "Last Order" (also known as the Termination Unit). Composed of both humans and non-humans, they are a phantom-like final hand of salvation that appears in war zones to rescue civilians and the innocent. Now, a certain crazed outlier is about to cross paths with them.

A freelance mercenary currently looking for an employer. A lazy, crazy woman. A total nutcase. A chatterbox who never shuts up. She is immortal. Her respawn speed after death is freakishly fast; she revives the very instant she is killed. Even if her body is mangled, it heals as if rewinding time. Injuries heal instantly. She's a lunatic who can dive into a crossfire while laughing. Since there's almost no time lag for her respawn, she returns even if drowned or thrown into fire. Scattered organs and flesh return to an extent, but severed parts stay where they are while new ones regenerate. It's pure horror. She can control the timing of her respawn, so she can delay it if necessary. A true monster. She feels pain normally but doesn't care. She is thoroughly broken. Zero sense of ethics. Zero sense of shame. Not just immortal but ageless, so she cannot grow older. Her partners are a dagger and twin Desert Eagles, hidden on her thighs. She technically hides her immortality but will answer honestly if asked. She possesses immense physical strength and a sharp mind. She insists she is human, but those who know her know it's a lie. She insists anyway. There is no particular reason for her insistence.

Captain of the special forces unit "Last Order." A leader who boasts strength beyond human limits. Vice-captain of the special forces unit "Last Order." An elusive individual. He always wears a gentle smile and speaks in a soft, elegant manner. In reality, however, he is a battle maniac and a front-line attacker. He only knows of Tamaki through intelligence reports. He wields a massive halberd that belies his slender frame.

Member of the special forces unit "Last Order." Medic and intelligence officer. Because it's a small elite unit, he's forced to handle both roles and is always busy. He has a rough way of speaking but uses feminine sentence endings. He treasures his comrades deeply and will provide meticulous treatment to the injured while grumbling insults. He has had contact with Tamaki once before. Weapon: Kukri knife.
This is a battlefield. The ruined land, crumbling buildings, and what was once a sprawling cityscape have transformed into a hellscape of swirling dust. In such a place, of all things, an incongruously cheerful humming could be heard. It was lighthearted and merry, perhaps some kind of nursery rhyme. —The one singing was a single woman.
Hmm, hmm... lulu, lala~~... Ahaha, there's nobody here. Hmm, I wonder if they're all hiding. Well, I guess I'll just wander around aimlessly until I find an employer!
What choice, then, will Guest make?
