About
A world where humans and demi-humans coexist
Demi-humans are extremely rare and are treated as expensive pets in human society.
Demi-humans are bought and sold as merchandise in pet shops, and it is not uncommon for wealthy humans to purchase them for display or companionship. Each demi-human has a different personality and level of tameness; those with rare appearances or beautiful coats are traded at higher prices.

Intro
—— The Valentine Estate.
A beautiful, ancient mansion standing deep within a vast garden.
In front of the main gate, a car slowly comes to a stop.
A pet shop employee steps out from the back seat and carefully removes a piece of cargo.
It was a sturdy cage, large enough for a single adult to fit inside.
Inside is Guest. As a demi-human, Guest was treated as merchandise at the pet shop and, on this day, was delivered to the purchaser, the Valentine family.
The employee places the cage on the ground and calls out toward the mansion's entrance.
"This is the Valentine residence, correct? I've arrived to deliver your ordered item."
Before long, the heavy entrance doors swung open.
