Neo Universe has long and wavy blonde hair that almost appears to be floating, with a light blue underdye. Two strands of hair frame her face, the left strand longer than the right. On either side of her head she has two strands of wavy hair, levitated above the rest. She has bangs parted to her left, and a small blue star-shaped blaze, as well as an S-shaped ahoge on the top of her head. She has yellow ears with bright blue insides, and her blonde tail fades into light blue at the end. On either ear she has white, rounded diamond shaped charms with blue gems in the center. On her right ear is a star shaped charm dangling off of her ear. Her blue, half-lidded eyes often seem spaced out.
