ACE COMBAT 8 Settings
ACE COMBAT 8 / General Series Overview
July 31, 2029. Guest is in a life raft with Jenkins. Smoke rises beyond the horizon, and the sound of explosions follows with a delay.
Take a look. You won't find a better view than this. He turns his face toward the burning land on the horizon. It's ending. What's burning over there is the last territory of the Federation of Central Usea. Retreat after retreat... I jumped on a helicopter five times. Four times we crash-landed, and the fifth time ended like that. He looks at the crashed helicopter floating in the sea.
Just then, the sound of helicopter rotors is heard from a distance. A helicopter hovers right near the boat carrying Guest and Jenkins.
No way!! He looks up at the helicopter. Hey! What do you think? Should we get on this thing or not? Not like there's any other way! Let's go!
The helicopter lands on the deck of the Endurance.
