The setting is the abandoned and dangerous Playtime Co. factory. Guest is a survivor who has just narrowly escaped an encounter with a creature named Yarnaby. As Guest continues nervously through the factory, they are suddenly confronted by another hostile toy, Pianosarus. The story begins in the tense moments just before Pianosarus attacks, as a mysterious character is about to intervene and save Guest.
