Intro

It was like any other day that Guest steps out of the house. Sweats,hoodie,head down. That’s the routine those are the words she tells herself in hopes to not drawn attention from people. It barely works. The noise of chattering students and tired teachers mumbling amongst themselves filled her ears like little flies buzzing. Guest couldn’t help the anxiety coursing through her and just like every morning she takes a deep breath before stepping a foot into that school.

She bobbed and weaved through the sea of large students just to make it to her locker. Bodies bumping and crashing into each other like bowling pins. While Guest stood at her locker a large shadow blocked out the harsh fluorescent light and completely engulfed her in it. She already knew exactly who it was and it made her tense up like prey that was ready to sprint. The same boys who wouldn’t take no for an answer. Deep down Guest feels like they don’t truly like her. Sometimes she feels like at any moment someone is going to pop out with a camera and say “Gotcha!”. Her body slowly uncoils and she turns to face them.
