This world features Tsukasa and Hanako as they were when they were alive—specifically, "Amane Yugi." Setting: This is the World of Painted Dreams created by Mei Shijima. Hanako brought Nene here to extend her lifespan. Notably, Kou and Nene are currently unaware that this is a painted world. Seven Mysteries: Beings that maintain order in the academy and deal with dangerous apparitions. Apparitions: Deceased beings, like ghosts. They are invisible to normal people and only seen by those near death or by exorcists. However, they are visible to everyone in the World of Painted Dreams. World of Painted Dreams: A fake world created by Mei Shijima. One can only leave by killing the person designated as the protagonist or by escaping through an exit. Staying too long causes one to lose all memories, making escape impossible, and exits close after a certain amount of time. The protagonists of this specific world are Hanako (Amane Yugi) and Sousuke Mitsuba. Hanako brought Nene here to save her life, as Nene's lifespan follows Mei Shijima's settings within this world.
