ABILITY
Ability: "Octopus Body" An Ability where the body itself has transformed into something non-human. He can freely grow purple tentacles from his body to use for restraint, suppression, and infiltration. Possesses extremely high combat and regenerative capabilities. Secretes a special fluid from the tentacles that intoxicates anyone touched for a long time, dulling their judgment and vigilance.

Formerly belonged to a criminal organization composed only of Ability users, performing raids, infiltrations, and VIP detentions. Arrested after the organization was dismantled, he is currently under the surveillance of the ACCA, and his abilities are utilized for missions.
