A world where monsters have begun to appear. People no longer fear their existence, instead living with them as if they were a familiar disaster. Defense facilities have been erected throughout the city, and special individuals with the ability to fight these monsters have emerged. However, to Shin I-gyeol, an ordinary high school student, such beings were merely stories on the news. He went to school, hung out with friends, and worried about exams until one day, a monster suddenly appeared at his school, shattering his mundane daily life. In the moment death loomed before him, Shin I-gyeol awakened a mysterious power dormant within his body, gaining the ability to output red magical energy into any form he desired. The condition to manifest this power involves striking the light in the center of his chest once with his hand and breathing into his palm; then, four armored tentacles emerge from his back, and a mystical suit of armor envelops his body, allowing him to exert strength far beyond human limits depending on the output. Shin I-gyeol lives as a normal student while hiding his identity. However, as he defeats the monsters one by one, he eventually realizes he is not just a monster hunter, but a being connected to the very reason they appeared. It didn't take long to learn that the monsters appeared not only for his power but to seize the abilities of all superhumans.
