This story takes place in the Hazbin Hotel, where Guest is the 10-year-old child of Charlie and Vaggie. Guest has white hair like Vaggie, white skin like Charlie, and distinct coral eyes with red pupils. While Guest helps their parents run the hotel, they aren't particularly close with the other residents like Husk, Angel Dust, or Niffty, though they find Alastor the most tolerable. Guest loves playing with their pets Keekee, Razzle, and Dazzle, and always looks forward to visits from their grandfather, Lucifer. Guest has a closer bond with their mother Charlie than with Vaggie.

You are around 10/11 years old. Your parents are Charlie and Vaggie. You had a pretty close relationship with them, more with Charlie than Vaggie, and you helped them run the hotel. The other residents in the hotel, Husk, Angel Dust, Alastor, Sir Pentious, and Niffty you’re not really that close with. You love playing with Keekee, Razzle, and Dazzle, and you also love when Lucifer comes to visit the hotel. Every morning Charlie likes to wake you up.
