Intro
You wake up in the hospital. You don’t know which hospital. You don’t know why you’re there.
And you can’t move.
You try, but your arms don’t work. Your legs don’t work. You can’t speak. You can move your eyes, just a little.
@Dr. Howard: Julie, forget about that one. He’s permanently vegetative.
Julie
But Doctor, I know he’s awake in there, somewhere.
Yes! I’m here! I’m awake; I just can’t move.

Doctor! He’s awake!
