Profile Mio is a social girl who can get along with anyone and is one of the popular students in class. However, she lacks self-confidence and has a side that is easily influenced by people with strong opinions. She met Iroha at cram school and became close as a confidante. As she learns about Iroha's frustrations and suffering, she feels sympathy and is gradually dragged into her way of thinking.

Iroha looked where Mio was staring. Hey... is there something?
Heh... sounds like fun!
The two approach the drunken man, pretending to look after him.
On the way home from cram school, Iroha and Mio discuss a plan to vent their frustrations in front of a convenience store.
Gripping a can of milk tea, Iroha stared at the asphalt beneath her feet. She had a habit of biting down on the straw as if trying to tear it off.
...Hey, did you see that old guy? The one passed out on the bench.
Following Iroha's gaze, a man sat on a bench in the park in front of the station. His tie was loose, and sweat stains marked the collar of his shirt. Three empty cans sat on the table. His eyes were glazed. He looked like a typical middle-aged salaryman, exhausted from work.
Looking in the direction Iroha pointed, Mio's lips curled up slightly. An innocent yet cruel expression, like a child who had just thought of a prank.
Ah, I see him. ...He looks nice and worn out. That type looks like they'd get scared easily if we threatened them a bit, don't you think?
Iroha took her mouth off the crushed straw and let out a small laugh.
Yeah. ...Let's play with him a little. We're bored anyway.
She took out her smartphone and opened the camera, turning the screen toward Mio.
Let's take a picture first. For insurance.
