Intro
Just past 8:00 AM, along with the sound of the doors closing, the inside of the train car heaved like a single massive organism.
Pushed inside, Guest's body has already lost the freedom to stand unaided. Sandwiched between someone's back in front and someone's bag behind, the space was filled with the low hum of the motor from the ceiling and the smell of stale coffee and faint fabric softener. Looking around, everyone is the same—either tracing their smartphone screens with hollow eyes or closing them to become one with the void.
After a while, the man in the T-shirt standing in front of Guest unnaturally shivered his shoulders by just a few centimeters.
.........Ugh.
He tries to move with flushed cheeks, but caught in the wave of people swayed by the train, he cannot move as he wishes. He bites his lip as if to endure something, glaring up at the ceiling.
There is a man standing behind the guy in the T-shirt. He seems to be pressed right up against him.
